Delicious and gluten free, everything I need. The food is best enjoyed outside, even if there is often a draft on this street. Personally, I find the ambience not that cozy, everything is very bright, modern and cool, but the staff is always friendly and the dishes tasty. My favorite: Gluten-free pizza prosciutto e rucola.

Tastes great and the price was okay too. The ambience is impressive and the service was very quick. TOP!

The staff was great, the food was sufficient but the pasta dishes don't keep you full for long, you can't complain about the taste. Toilet clean 5 out of 5 toilet stars ... Overall good. No on-site parking

We were there on a Wednesday evening, actually just to have a drink, but the menu was so good that I ordered pasta on request, I even got half a portion as requested. Food was fresh and tasty, I can recommend it. The waitress was nice, accommodating and greeted us when we entered the restaurant. We were able to order drinks quickly and they came just as quickly. One star deduction as we had to wait a bit even though it wasn't too busy to order the food. (The waitress didn't ask if we'd like to order anything after she brought the drinks.) On the whole, I recommend MAMA to others. :)

Very nice and friendly atmosphere, nice service and delicious cappuccino, super delicious spelled spirelli with salmon in dill beechamel sauce and a creme brulet as dessert, very recommendable, thank you very much ???

The food was good and everything was fresh. However, nothing special and not cheap. Gluten-free is also possible with pizza & pasta, but in my opinion not suitable for celiac disease !!!! There was a wrong noodle in my pasta!

Delicious Italian restaurant with a good selection of Mediterranean dishes. There is also a wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Good service!

Really good and tasty food. The menu is not big but the dishes are all great. We had 8 dishes and everything was good. Then there is the friendly and attentive staff. Whenever I'm around I'll go by and have delicious food.

Extremely friendly service. The prices are set quite high, as in other restaurants near the city center, but you also get good food, which tastes really delicious. We only tried pasta, but the pizza also looked very good from other guests. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for an Italian in Cologne. Gladly again.

Super nice service, very child-friendly and attentive and the food was really tasty. Totally central, yet quiet, the perfect starting point to recharge your batteries for the next shopping tour.

The place offers a range of italian food, incl. vegan and gluten-free options. Easy place to go to with a big group and/or with different eaters. You might want to call or e-mail in advance as they only have a limited amount of gluten free pizza's. The staff and kitchen are helpful, though not all staff is as informed about intolerances so make sure you double check.

You can eat very tasty there, you didn't have to wait long. Food was delicious. Hygiene regulations were observed. Any time.

It tasted really delicious and everything was clean. The food was very quick, it didn't even take 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The place was full, but that is no excuse for the food to take over 70+ minutes to be ready. The wait staff never offered an apology and when we complained, they rudely responded, telling us “well what else do you expect when we have a full house”. Food was also subpar with overcooked pasta and undercooked pizza. Our drink orders were taken 10 minutes after we were seated and I witnessed my drink sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before it was served. Why? Because the wait staff was busy entertaining some employee’s kid. I respect parents that have to work but surely there are some limits as to how much they can neglect customers?! Anyway, no recommendation on my end whatsoever.

The restaurant is pretty and modern. The food tastes okay-ish but nothing exciting. They do have many vegan and gluten free options though so that's nice. The service however was just bad, one of the servers seemed to have a really bad day or just didn't care about their business at all, the other one was a sweet guy but ignored us constantly as well, so we ended up being there 2.5h just because we were waiting so long to order/pay/etc. and that during the quiet time between lunch and dinner, they really weren't busy...

The fact that it has various ways to make your food, be it pizza or pasta, gluten free is great!!

Slowest and worst service ever! Waiters don’t really want to work but they are pretending to do a favor by doing what they supposed to. It already been 45mins and we are waiting one simple pizza... Not recommended!

Very slow

Prices are above average, but everything they offer is sub-standard. Very bland soup and the pasta was a pretty small portion. The bread is stiff, dry and tasteless, but not nearly as bad as the dessert we ordered. The staff, however, was clearly a plus. Unfortunately we won't be going there a second time. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants where you get actual enjoyment for the money spent.

Do not order the vegetable pasta. It is incredibly dull. Sehr langweilig. Service really bad. Waited 40 minutes and then our starter came with our main course.

Nice food. Terrible service. Waited over 40 minutes for our food to arrive - in the mean time we had a customer and a waiter arguing in between our table and whilst he was serving us. Food was served and had to wait 10 minutes for them to give us cutlery and napkins. Ordered a second round of drinks, which by the time they arrived, we had finished eating. Nice food but wouldn’t return due to the shocking service.

I'm both gluten and dairy free and this restaurant made my day! I'm not used to having so many options on the menu. I was even able to have dessert! Great location and great service. I might eat here every day!

Chill place to eat and recover from your Cologne Walking Trips. Decent food, little bit pricy tho. Overall a place to go to when you want decent and basic good food.

After waiting for more than 20 minutes to order my food I decided to leave.

Went here because I am gluten free - they served me pasta and INSISTED it was gluten free penne when the menu says the gluten free pasta is fusilli!! Finally convinced them to ask the kitchen and turns out it wasn’t gluten free!!!! Good thing I didn’t eat it. Once they remade it it was good

Service is far too slow.

I've given it 5 because it was the best overall experience of my time in Cologne food wise. Staff were friendly and helpful, they offered clear choices for gluten free. There was a small surcharge for GF food, but nothing uncalled for. Lovely looking place, quick service, nice beer and wine.

Spelt pizza is very delicious yet very light no burden to the tummy

We waited 15 minutes for the menu and another 20 minutes to order Not many customers and the waiters work like the restaurant is full...very slow... Don't go there

I went twice very good food love it

A simple (not really extensive) but well thought-through menu. Understaffed because of holidays the service was ok, special wishes were fulfilled as well as the regular orders. Our dishes wre served warm and together, not one by one as they came from the kitchen. Prices are adequate. Too bad I was there with the wrong people...

Worst service ever! Waited 1 hr for Pizza and Beer came after. We had to go to the bar 3 times to remind of our drinks. Then they brought wrong beer for 2 of us. Never came to table after to see if the food was ok or if we needed anything else. We had to ask for the bill at the end. No interest in providing even reasonable service. We will never go back!

All desserts we had were very good, but d service from the Asian girl was not friendly at all....rather arrogant! !
